1. Reservation Cancellation
• Reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled service date.
• If the reservation is cancelled after this period, a fee of 50%  of the service value or a fixed amount of €30 may be charged.

2. Rescheduling
• Reservations can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled service date, depending on availability.
• If rescheduling is not possible, the standard cancellation policy will apply.

3. No-Show
• In the event of a no-show without prior cancellation, the full-service fee will be charged.

4. Refunds
• Refunds for cancelled reservations will be processed within [5 business days] to the account used for payment.
• Any transaction fees may be deducted from the refunded amount.

5. Exceptional Circumstances
• In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, sudden health emergencies), please contact our customer support team.
